Paintings on Feathers.
The feathers can be used as hair ornaments, wind catchers, or
as a hanging ornaments in a car from the rearview mirror. These are done
in acrylic media, and decorated with leather ties and beads at the quill
end. This technique is quite difficult, as the feather fibers tend to absorb the
paint and to separate.
